• What are the costs of your rental package? How many movies do I get?
  Please see our packages section for details on all pre-made package plans, or contact us directly to customize a package to your needs.
• How often can I get new movies?
  Every month you can make a completely new selection of movies and have them delivered! If you are satisfied with your movies from last month, keep them all! Or pick some new ones, and keep your favorites, OR get all new movies EVERY MONTH!
• Do "new release" movies cost more?
  Heck no! Every package we offer contains access to "new release" movies at no extra cost!
• Can I choose the movies I want to receive?
  Absolutely. At Slackers, we understand that every community is different and therefore we allow you to choose the titles that fit your community best.
• What if I don't have time to choose them all?
  If you prefer, we can choose all your movies for the month.
• Yeah, but if Slackers chooses them I'll get crap right?
  Certainly not. Slackers guarantees a great selection of current movies and we will rotate your selections so you won't receive duplicate titles for a minimum of one year.
• What format are the movies?
  We offer movies in DVD and VHS formats and you are welcome to choose which format you would like for every title.
• What if a tenant loses or damages a movie?
  Please see our section on Lost or Damaged Movies .
• How long is the contract?
  Slackers provides month-to-month agreements. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you may cancel at any time with a written notice given 1 month in advance.
• Can I get a discount if I need more than 1 account?
  Yes, there is a multi-property discount available. The discount varies based on the number of properties that are signed up. Please contact us directly to speak with a sales representative.
• How long has Slackers been in business?
